Each meal and each food item in the meal is listed together with the number of kilojoules which each contains. Breakfast contains about 1250 kilojoules, lunch and main meal about 1475 kilojoules each. This will vary a little from meal to meal and from day to day. Each day there is a 209 kilojoule allowance for milk/yogurt. If you do not wish to use this allowance, you may choose another item for the equivalent number of kilojoule from the list of snacks. Overall, on the basic plan, your daily kilojoule intake will be approximately 4600 per day. Q. What About Snacks on the Diet? This depends on how much weight you want to lose. The diet contains a wide variety of joule-controlled Snacks. Depending on how much you want to lose or how fast you want to lose it, you may increase your joule intake accordingly. recommend fast food. However, there may be occasions when you need to
grab something fast so the diet provides a wide range of fast food options
